I am a holistic Chef, focusing on weekly meal prep for clients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and general health concerns.All food is sourced organically, and local when possible. Meals are prepped mindfully at Heritage Prairie Kitchen in Elburn, packaged, and labeled with instructions.Currently I offer a Gluten Free and a Vegan/Vegetarian Menu.Menus will be posted every Wednesday of the week, and orders must be submitted and paid for via Pay Pal by the following Friday of the week. There is limited space for ordering so this is on a first come first serve basis as of now.Each entree is two servings, sometimes, three servings depending on your appetite. You may order a minimum of four entrees with each additional entree at a cost of $20.The weekly cost for four meals is $135, that includes the four entrees at 2-3 servings, shop and prep time, packaging, and labeling. You do not have to order or commit weekly, as it is a first come first serve order process. Ingredients cannot be omitted and entrees cannot be altered. Pickups will be available every Wednesday from 1pm-2pm at 415 S. Stevens St. in Geneva.
Deliveries will be made every Wednesday afternoon from 4pm-8pm by Errand Up.**Delivery is included in meal price.There is also a Chef for a Day program that I offer where I come to your home, discuss your personal needs and then shop, prep, cook, and fill your fridge with meals for the week. Chef for a Day program is good for larger families, and those with specific food issues. The cost is $275 plus cost of grocery for the full day; and your fridge is full for meals for the week for your family.
