Errand Up is the first home-centered service of its kind! We are a service that uses the power of TEXTING to bring you any service you want on-demand. No apps to download. No scrolling. No robots. Just pure texting awesomeness with REAL awesome professionals on the other side!

Errands/Deliveries, Yardwork, Cleaning, Tidying Up, Organizing, Junk Removal, Handyman Projects and fixes, Moving Items, Pickups, Assemblies...you name it!

When you send in a TEXT, it automatically pings out to an Errand Up representative, which allows them to view your request and connect with you immediately with a local professional.

How Errand Up works

1. Text 737-377-2637 and tell us what you need.
2. A representative will text you back to discuss the details.
3. We'll provide a personalized quote for your request.
4. We schedule, coordinate, and take care of your request from start to finish.
5. Once your request is completed, we'll collect payment.

How do I pay for my order?

• We send an invoice to your email after the delivery is complete. Or charge your card on file. Or take zelle or venmo, if you'd prefer that method.

UP Membership

Errand Up is a membership-based service. Members received access to our full network of services, with each request individually quoted based on the specific job.

Nonlocal Requests

• $50/hour plus travel, round trip
• Deliveries outside our 10-mile radius

Travel Charges, Fees, and Surcharges

Service Fee

• A 12% Surcharge Fee will be added to every order for errands/shopping requests only.
• This covers the merchant payment transaction fee, as well as various other operational costs for our business.

Travel Charges outside Ten Miles

• $0.30/Mile

What radius do you service?

• 10 mile radius from downtown Geneva.

What do you deliver (for errand/delivery service)?

• Any items from any store (examples below)

• Alcohol & Tobacco Runs (MUST submit valid photo ID with request)

What DON'T you deliver?

• We do not deliver anything illegal, such as drugs or shady packages. NO marijuana or cannabis related products.
• We do not deliver LARGE items such as furniture or appliances. We are not a moving service and do not have access to large vehicles, or have experience moving heavy objects.

Do you accept cash?

We do, but we prefer to take payment via invoice, card, or zelle.

Are you licensed and insured, as well as all your contractors within the Network?

Yes, Errand Up is an LLC and fully insured. And all contractors within the network have been vetted and carry their own insurance and proper certifications for the services they provide.
