About Me
Hi, I’m Linda!
I have over 30 years experience as an educator. The special abilities and talents I will bring to your child comes from a rich background of teaching experiences. I have taught Title 1 reading and have given workshops for Title 1 – my program was noted as exemplary by the state! I have taught preschool, kindergarten, 3rd grade and 4th grade.
I have taught children with multiple cultural backgrounds – including many ESL students. I have developed a wonderful relationship with my ESL families. I have experiences working in the classroom with these children and have developed some activities that I have found very useful.
I bring with me endless enthusiasm for learning. I have the experience to know I must reach all the children in my classroom. I must find each child’s learning style and tap into that. I bring love ad laughter into my classroom, so learning is always fun. I feel my job as an educator is to give the children as many different experiences as possible. I want my students to become life-long learners!
